Overview

Located in the heart of Everett, La Palmera Food Truck serves up authentic Mexican flavors with a focus on fresh, homemade tortillas. This cozy spot at 511 128th St SE captures the essence of street food culture, delivering quick and friendly service that appeals to both locals and visitors looking for a genuine taco experience.

The standout items lean heavily on their tacos, especially the shrimp and chicken varieties, which have garnered high praise for their fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The shrimp tacos, in particular, have been called some of the best taco truck offerings in the area, combining succulent seafood with vibrant, authentic seasonings. The quesabirria also deserves mention; while its traditional crispiness isn’t always present, the robust flavor more than makes up for it—and there’s a little insider tip to ask for it crispy if desired.

La Palmera's charm lies in its simple yet effective setup, ideal for casual diners and taco enthusiasts alike. Small umbrella-covered tables create a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed bite with friends. The service is notably efficient, matching the pace of the bustling food truck scene without compromising on quality.

For anyone on the hunt for some of the best tacos in Washington State, this food truck blends authentic Mexican street food traditions with a local vibe that keeps customers coming back. Whether you’re craving seafood, chicken, or the more classic al pastor and steak options, La Palmera Food Truck offers a flavorful snapshot of Mexican cuisine that’s hard to beat in the region.

I’ve always loved their restaurants, so I was so excited to see they’ve launched a food truck! The quality, flavor, and care they put into every dish is just as incredible on wheels. I can’t recommend it enough. 10/10 you won’t be disappointed!
